Returns and Refunds Policy

We understand that choosing the right decor for your home is an important decision, and we want you to feel confident with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction, our policy allows returns on most items, with some exceptions.

For our home decor products (excluding rugs), if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to assist. These products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase for an exchange or a refund.

However, due to the handmade nature and extended production times of our rugs, all rug sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase. We encourage customers to consider their rug orders carefully. Ensure all measurements, colors, and designs are correct before confirming your order.

To be eligible for a return of eligible products, please ensure:

• The product was purchased in the last 30 days
• The product isn't used or damaged
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase
• You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us

Please note that products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Madouk Collection.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
